Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout.

How long does the shipping take?

We offer two international shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Free): 5–12 business days
Premium Shipping (€9.99): 4–8 business days

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order via our returns portal:

Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened beauty products and supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Can I return opened beauty products or supplements?

Unfortunately not. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened beauty products or dietary supplements.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

I received the wrong or a damaged item – what should I do?

We’re very sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at klantenservice@ihum.nl and include photos of:

  • The item received
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 4 hours of placing your order, we may still be able to change or cancel it. After that, we can no longer guarantee any changes.
